STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Riders for Justice, Inc. (RFJ) is a Colorado based reactive organization that responds to legislation that adversely affects and threatens motorcycle riders (bikers) rights and freedoms nationwide. RFJ monitors and reacts to legislation that adversely affects biker’s rights. RFJ is not, nor has it ever been, a pro-active organization.  RFJ will, at times, partner with Motorcycle Rights Organizations (MROs), who are pro-active, to fight legislation which is detrimental to biker freedoms. RFJ hires a lobbyist to inform the organization of any legislation which may pertain positively or negatively to the motorcycle lifestyle.  RFJ holds a philosophy of independence and desires a minimum of legal complication.  RFJ supports fewer laws and does not desire or propose intrusive regulation.
